One of the key objectives of effective delegation of tasks and assignments associated with projects is to create speed of Execution.  I refer to this as the Velocity of Execution.  In today’s business world where resources are limited, the manager is multi-tasking and balancing a number of projects, the ability to manage the delegation and project execution with more velocity is required.  But, creating velocity is not easy.  It starts first with upping the game of each manager to think, plan, delegate and manage with constant focus on speed of execution.  In our next Blog, we will explore some techniques to support the speed of execution.
