Thursday, July 8, 2010.  In our last Blog we covered how the Manager needs to visualize the assignment or task before communicating the specific visual picture to the employee.  We have had several people ask for an example.  Here is an actual example from a successful product development Project sub-assignment on training. “Jane, we need to develop a 45-60 minute Webinar for the new Proprietary Product to guarantee income to the participant.  The format should be colorful and graphic rich, the employee should be able to see the key components and how to communicate them and get a clear picture of the most likely FAQ’s.  They should be able to observe a roll-play on the Webinar and view all this in less than 60 minutes.  Jane, can you see the objective and how this needs to be accomplished?”
