Effective delegation means Communication

May sound a bit crazy but the fantastic success of “Facebook” does have something in common with Effective Delegation…constant communications!  If you think of the performance of a managers business unit like a “social network”…call it a “business unit network”…that interacts and works to execute assignments great progress can be made.  People working together and in conjunction with each other on a project or assignment need to be every bit as connected as friends & family on Facebook.

If managers and team leaders, as well as any member of a business team, working on the execution of important assignments would use their computer e-mail or even cell phones to “Post-Comments” on what is going on with their efforts on a project performance would sore.  By each member of the team working to communicate regular status, problems, questions and updates more frequently, a significant business unit engagement would take place.  Communicate for better productivity.
