Have you ever been consistently stressed over trying to manage and balance a number of projects at once?  Have you ever worked for a stressed manager who is trying to manage a number of projects at once?  If you have, it is not a pleasant experience.  Achieving control and relieving the stress is not easy but the road to success exists..

Go back to the basics.  Plan your work projects with more detail and coordination.  Make sure that all the actions steps and due dates are established and realistic.  Plan your delegation.  Where the assignments are complex or project critical, layout a more detailed assignment plan for each.  Include checkpoints and due dates.  Establish follow-up dates.  Last, manage the process.  Keep close track of each assigned task.  Circle back regularly to check on status.  Remove roadblocks quickly and be available for coaching.

Plan it.  Delegate it. Manage it. Relief is just around the corner!
