Most managers today have read about or heard about the Generation “Gaps” among employees in today’s world. You can find a lot of good material on the differences between the Baby Boomers, “Generation X”, ” Generation Y” and so forth. Much of the research and studies make some sense. Whether the characteristics of a broad set of Groups can be translated into an individual’s unique characteristics remains a serious question for how best to delegate to a specific person.
