Make Effective Delegation a Management Reality

Thinking about the year past and looking forward to the new year are normal activities this time of year.  While I think it is important to set new goals and resolve to get better, skills like delegation are a full-time job.  If managers want to really make a difference in how their teams perform in the coming year, then make improving delegation a full-time 7/24 focus.  Very few management activities can produce bigger dividends but remain out of sight.

If managers will work everyday in the new year to improve all aspects of management by delegation, this time next year…Wow!  Big things will be accomplished.
